Nu blir det nog lite bökigare att resa till Thailand från fredag.
Update measures for foreigners who are travelling from Sweden to Thailand, from 21 March 2020 onward
Since Sweden is in the list of the Ongoing Local Transmission Areas in accordance with the announcement of the Disease Control Department, the foreigners travelling from Sweden to Thailand must perform the following measures:
Upon Check-in
Travellers must present (1) health certificate certifying that the travellers pose no risk of being infected by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID–19). The health certificate must be issued no more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel, and (2) insurance policy that shows minimum medical coverage in Thailand of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), in the amount not less than 100,000 USD.
Without those required documents, travellers shall be denied to board.
On Board
Travellers must fill in all required information in the Form T8
At the port of arrival
Travellers must submit the Form T8 to the communicable disease control officials at the international communicable disease control checkpoint of the airport of disembarkation. Travellers may also enter their information in the “AOT Airport of Thailand” application.
